The janitorial support role ensures that all shared spaces, offices, vacant units, and outdoor areas of the property are kept clean, orderly, and ready for use by residents and staff. Daily responsibilities include cleaning gyms, bathrooms, pool areas, clubhouses, and maintaining dumpster zones, while also performing tasks such as de‑webbing and pressure washing as needed. The position strives to keep the property inspection‑ready at all times and delivers excellent customer service to foster positive resident relationships.
In addition to cleaning duties, the role serves as a point of contact between residents and management, reporting issues like vandalism, graffiti, and maintenance needs. The employee assists with resident events, delivers communications such as newsletters and notices, and supports the maintenance team with work orders and annual projects.
