Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of vendor contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining SLAs.
Periodically review active agreements to ensure terms remain relevant and aligned with current organizational needs, market conditions, and vendor capabilities.

Conduct periodic evaluations of vendor performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs, using the results to inform decisions about renewals, extensions, or terminations.
Evaluate vendor pricing proposals and oversee the bidding process to secure favorable terms and cost-effective solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in contract management.
Ensure compliance with legal standards, industry regulations, and internal policies.
