  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features, best practices, and industry trends and make recommendations to improve business outcomes.
  • Administer and support Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), including environment management, DLP policies, and solution lifecycle.
  • Design, implement, and automate Microsoft 365 configurations and operations using PowerShell, Graph API, and CI/CD practices.
  • Architect and govern SharePoint Online, OneDrive policies, and Teams collaboration settings (non-telephony).
  • Create and manage Microsoft Teams and SharePoint policies, including guest access, app permissions, meeting settings, and compliance configurations.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Microsoft 365 configurations, governance processes, and procedures and user/tech facing runbooks for repeatable changes within the Microsoft environment.
  • Support organizational AI readiness by enabling and securing Microsoft Copilot features, ensuring responsible use of AI tools across Microsoft 365 services.
  • Build and operate monitoring/observability for tenant health, policy drift, and message center changes to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, ensuring optimal performance, availability and security, and act as an escalation point for IT Support Services.
  • Operate within ITIL/ServiceNow processes; publish knowledge for Service Desk; deliver enablement for technologists.
  • Leverage Microsoft Search Intelligence to configure and maintain connectors and improve information discovery, relevance, and user experience within SharePoint, Teams, and other M365 workloads.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable and secure solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem i.e. Automations (Power Platform, PowerShell), SharePoint, Teams, etc…
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 governance policies, including lifecycle management, naming conventions, and external collaboration. Partner with stakeholders surrounding retention policies and access controls implementation.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 governance frameworks and compliance capabilities and lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with the planning, design and implementation of SharePoint and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of cloud networking, identity federation, and Azure integration.
  • Experience operating within IT Service Management (ITSM) processes (ITIL) and systems (ServiceNow).
  • Experience managing projects using Agile or other methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security architecture, including identity protection, threat management, and data governance i.e. Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and DLP.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in key Microsoft 365 services, policies and settings, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Entra ID.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools for Microsoft 365 tenant health, policy drift, and service analytics (e.g., M365 Admin Center, Azure Monitor).
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Purview tools and processes, including data classification, DLP, and eDiscovery, to assist in maintaining organizational compliance and supporting audit activities.
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 implementation, administration, governance, and support.
  • Understanding of cloud networking, identity federation, and Azure integration
  • Proven ability to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, governance policies, and runbooks for repeatable changes
  • State of the art technology to provide an optimal working environment
  • Experience administering and securing Microsoft Copilot and other AI features within Microsoft 365.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerShell and experience with REST APIs (Graph API).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
