As a Pre‑Construction Manager you will join a dynamic team that collaborates across planning, estimating and design to deliver competent, innovative tender solutions while supporting the company’s budget and business plan. The role involves strategic thinking, risk management and building strong supply‑chain relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with planners, bid managers, estimators and design managers to deliver innovative solutions.
- Prepare, submit and manage tender documentation in line with Robertson Management System procedures.
- Review tenders for commercial and contractual risks, seeking guidance from the Regional Bid Manager as needed.
- Represent the pre‑construction function in meetings and lead proactive risk management across all tenders.
- Work with regional management to resolve pre‑construction issues and cultivate strategic supply‑chain relationships.
- Maintain a local professional profile by attending construction forums and relevant events.
- Develop temporary works solutions and contribute to cost‑book operational inputs, including staffing levels.

- Hold a CIOB or RICS professional qualification with civil engineering or construction experience.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and the ability to assess and mitigate operational risk.
