The works include the repairs of various doors, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, patch plastering and general handyman type duties to ensure functionality.

The role will also require a DBS check to be completed
Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively to meet Company targets
Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Multi Trade background, a joinery qualification is desirable.
Full UK driving license is required.
Vinyl floor laying, cap and coving would be beneficial but not essential
