As Operations Director, you’ll be accountable for the overall delivery, financial performance, and service quality across multiple sites with complex infrastructure. - Commercially astute with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent understanding of health & safety, compliance, and risk management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale FM or maintenance contracts with full P&L accountability.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills – able to inspire, influence, and engage at all levels.
- Strong background in hard FM services and multi-site operational delivery.
- Strategic thinker who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.
