Continuous Improvement Leader

The leader will work closely with cross‑functional teams, guide change management efforts, and develop training programs that empower staff at all levels. By establishing performance metrics and staying abreast of industry best practices, the leader will ensure sustained improvement and drive future‑focused innovation.

• Lead end‑to‑end lean transformation projects from planning through evaluation.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to pinpoint improvement opportunities and craft lean strategies.
• Analyze processes, apply value‑stream mapping, Kaizen, and 5S to eliminate waste and boost productivity.
• Act as a change agent, fostering a continuous‑improvement culture and securing stakeholder buy‑in.
• Design and deliver lean training programs to build organization‑wide capability.
• Establish and track KPIs to monitor lean initiative performance.
• Stay current on lean best practices and emerging technologies to drive ongoing innovation.

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned Continuous Improvement Leader to spearhead lean transformations across the organization. The role will identify improvement opportunities, implement lean methodologies, and embed a culture of efficiency and innovation. Success in this position will directly enhance operational effectiveness and support business growth.

• Bachelor’s in engineering, Business, Operations or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years leading lean transformations in manufacturing, supply‑chain or service environments.
• Deep knowledge of lean tools such as value‑stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S, visual management and waste reduction.
• Proven change‑management expertise with strong stakeholder influence.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with project‑management methodologies and tools.
