• Independently develop methodologies and review methodologies developed by junior members of the team

• Ensure management and financial controls are in place across small to medium range projects
• An entry-level leadership role leads a large team. Support in developing functional area expertise
• Should have led and delivered multi-disciplinary projects and have established strong relationships with members from ANA teams.
• Should take full ownership and make others accountable achieving 100% quality (processes/training/checklists)
• Should resolve issues regarding resources/scope/budget
• Should delegate tasks and assign roles to team members to achieve the agreed project and organizational outcomes
• Coach your team on safe design processes and identify improvements in the wider business
• Enforce training objectives where appropriate to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Ensure that the industry best practices are adopted and implemented on projects
• Collaborate within your team and other teams within GEC as well as regions to deliver.
• Liaison with other team members to produce good design solution as per the best design practice.
• Should play a key role in providing training, mentoring, and continuous feedback to first-time managers
• Building a profile in the industry and keeping up-to-date with innovations and developments.

Requirements

• B.E in Mechanical Engineering / M.E / M. Tech in Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering from a recognized University.
• Compliance of Arcadis business management system.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Should have worked with and have experience working on ANA Projects.
• Awareness of software used for Piping and equipment modeling.
• 15+ years’ experience.
• Ability to leading a team on various projects in line with client requirement.
• A strong, self-motivated and assertive person capable of working under pressure.
• Should be an independent problem solver
• Expousure to BIM
• Familiar with US codes, standards, and practices related to Mechanical ,Civil and Environmental Engineering.
• Exposure to Water and Watewater Treatment Plants, Pump Stations, Process , Plant Hydraulics, Process Modeling Softwares viz, BIOWIN is highly desirable.
• Sound technical knowledge, academically good.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
