Creates purchase requisitions for non-stock items.
Creates detailed PM tasks with assistance of site reliability engineer
Set up TPM stations with correct tools and parts/supplies
Supports and investigates situations in which line/equipment stoppage occurs due to perceived, imminent safety risk.
Responsible for maintaining / updating equipment files and equipment BOMs
Create job plans in CMMS and create maintenance procedures when needed
Check job site(s) to determine all requirements needed
Maintain ISO compliant records.
Leads special projects
Researches, works with technicians and vendors to locate obsolete parts replacement
Review job plan and ensure proper safety procedures and resource availability are in place before work begins
Can interface effectively with customers, vendors, contractors and senior leaders.
