Ensure TA Manual compliance: Site Long Range Plan, Steering Team / Core Team, Facilitator, Addendum/Discovery management, contracting strategy for TA / Project.
Manage turnaround projects and TA/SD CAPEX
Lead and manage a team of direct/indirect employees to plan and execute Turnarounds & Shutdowns.
Knowledge of process plant production and maintenance, including construction, commissioning, plant start-up / shut-down & especially turnaround management
Ability to take a strategic view and still have a good eye for details.
Ability to promote teamwork and possess interpersonal effectiveness.
More than 10 years of relevant experience in oil, refinery, petrochemicals or chemical processing of which 5 years in leadership or managerial roles. Project and contracts management experience are added advantage.
Experience in Maintenance, Project or TA Management (including field execution)
Strong leadership skills, excellent stakeholder and communication skills and able to organize resources and delegate effectively.
A good team player, builds effective cooperation and trustful culture, seeks all collaboration opportunities. Possess strong situational appraisal skills, able to prioritize actions with alignment to company values and goals and having sense of urgency.
Recognised degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Strong work ethic with positive attitude and ability to make timely decision through good analytical process & problem solving.
