Successful candidates will have 15+ years of civil engineering experience in utility water projects, a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and established relationships with local municipalities, counties, and water authorities. They must demonstrate strong business development ability, excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills, and a proven track record of managing projects profitably while mentoring staff.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $220,000, complemented by a performance‑based bonus program and the potential to advance to ownership.
