Reporting to project leadership, the scheduler will manage life‑cycle schedules for a portfolio of capital projects serving Fortune 500 companies, integrating vendor and contractor timelines, maintaining engineering and construction schedules in Primavera P6, and delivering detailed schedule reports.
- Manage master project schedule and integrate vendor/contractor timelines.
- Coordinate with project team members and stakeholders to maintain continuity.
- Apply Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) throughout the project life‑cycle.
- Create and maintain engineering and construction schedules for EPC projects in Primavera P6.
- Facilitate schedule development and upkeep across all disciplines (engineering, permitting, procurement, construction).
- Analyze schedule data and recommend corrective actions to meet service dates.
- Prepare detailed schedule reports (critical path, baseline vs. actual, look‑ahead, milestones, what‑if scenarios).
- Identify scheduling risks and implement mitigation solutions.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and bring at least six years of project‑scheduling experience on EPC projects, including extensive Primavera P6 and advanced Excel skills, as well as solid knowledge of scheduling and project‑controls concepts such as CPM, earned value, and WBS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction, Engineering, Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 6 + years as a Project Scheduler on EPC projects.
- Minimum 6 + years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of project‑management scheduling concepts (activity definition, sequencing, resource estimating, CPM, baseline analysis, earned value).
- Understanding of project‑controls processes from initiation through closeout.
