In this role you will optimize the production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours while meeting quality, efficiency, cost, and safety objectives. You will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle times, equipment performance, and material availability to meet daily production targets. You will also define the working‑phase sequence of new production processes to achieve target product cost and equipment‑investment budgets.
- Monitor and implement Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
- Share product technical details with cross‑functional teams.
- Monitor and analyze product costing on a monthly basis.
- Verify and maintain Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) against Engineering BOM.
- Lead projects on localization, value engineering, and other initiatives.
- Apply testing procedures to ensure compliance and quality of control gear and switchgear.
- Interpret and apply international standards and testing requirements effectively.
- Support engineering, testing, and certification activities with a detail‑oriented, quality‑focused approach.

- Hold a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 8 years of industry experience.
- Possess in‑depth knowledge of control gear and switchgear products and applications.
- Understand UL and IEC standards applicable to control gear and switchgear.
