At Leapros Skilled Trades, we are your trusted partner in the construction industry, connecting top talent with reputable companies across the United States. With a nationwide presence, we specialize in recruiting for both direct hire professional positions such as project managers and superintendents, as well as skilled trades positions including electricians, low voltage cable and data center technicians, mechanical installers, conveyor technicians, millwrights, and construction laborers. Our commitment is to deliver quality candidates who not only possess the necessary skills but also demonstrate reliability and dedication to their craft. Unlike traditional staffing agencies, we prioritize long-term success by ensuring that every placement is thoughtfully matched to the specific needs and expectations of our clients. We understand that filling roles is not just about having a warm body on the job site; it's about finding the right fit for both the candidate and the employer. One of our core values is excellence in onboarding and integration. We work closely with internal acquisition teams to ensure that our tradesmen undergo the same rigorous onboarding process as internal employees. This commitment to consistency and professionalism sets us apart in the industry and ensures that every individual we place is set up for success from day one.
