Administrative support for two Senior Executives and management of Atlanta office operations
Lead planning for office space move, targeted to be March 2026. Including move prep, physical move, new space set-up.
Assist in the planning and execution of company events.
Track and reconcile executive expenses in a timely manner.
Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks, documents, and communications.
Act as first point of contact for guests, investors, and external partners visiting the office.
Support executives in organizing investor meetings, client events, and internal strategy sessions.
Provide direct administrative and secretarial support, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Maintain organizational records, filing systems, and compliance-related documentation.
Provide administrative support for local office associates.
Prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries.
Lead administrative planning and logistics for internal meetings, investor visits, and client hosting activities.
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics for senior executives. Including conference registrations and logistics.
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming client-facing environment.
Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, resources, and facility maintenance.
Maintain organized files, records, calendars, and executive diaries.
Support firmwide communications initiatives and assist with special projects as delegated by leadership.
Maintain and update the property list and related organizational databases.
Receive, screen, and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail, and email to appropriate parties.
Participate in the development, implementation, and improvement of secretarial standards, policies, and practices across the organization.
Establish and maintain administrative policies, procedures, and best practices for office efficiency.
Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, meeting minutes, and other documents using word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications.

Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Professionalism & Confidentiality: Maintains the highest level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other business applications.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative or executive assistant role; experience in the multifamily property or real estate industry strongly preferred.
Organization & Time Management: Balances multiple priorities effectively and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
