The Senior Project Manager will direct all phases of HVAC, plumbing, and medical‑gas installations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and under budget. This role manages project costs, field labor, and subcontractors while maintaining compliance with code requirements and infection‑control protocols in occupied healthcare facilities.
- Manage installation of HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas to meet code, budget, and schedule requirements.
- Ensure safe work practices in occupied hospitals, including infection control compliance.
- Evaluate estimates and set up job costing with labor, material, and subcontractor codes.
- Negotiate and prepare purchase orders for vendors and subcontractors; review submittals against contract drawings.
- Produce monthly reports and cost reviews to identify schedule or budget deviations and keep stakeholders informed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal customers.
- Evaluate, develop, and supervise field personnel such as workers, foremen, and superintendents.
- Conduct safety meetings, incident investigations, and promote employee involvement to maintain a secure work environment.

- Required: Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple fast‑paced projects.
- Required: Strong industry knowledge and awareness of competitors.
