The Data Administrator will enter data into the Calibration Standards Asset Management System, maintain and secure both physical and electronic records, generate weekly and monthly reports, troubleshoot processing errors, coordinate with program offices and vendors worldwide, submit trouble tickets, and perform other assigned duties.
- Enter data into the Calibration Standards Asset Management System (CSAMS).
- Draft, update, and follow data administration processes.
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents to verify material receipt and issue.
- File, store, and secure physical and electronic records, including receipts, issues, inventory, dispositions, merges, deletions, and correspondence.
- Print and scan files for vendors, customers, and acquisitions personnel.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports.
- Research, troubleshoot, and correct processing errors to meet NAVAIR METCAL inventory goals while complying with data integrity and security policies.
- Communicate with Program Office, Type Commanders, and Lab Managers worldwide to provide real‑time material status.
- Schedule and process vendor warranty repairs.
- Submit trouble tickets and provide input to CSAMS developers for application improvements.

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is seeking a qualified Data Administrator II for the Calibration Standards Ready Issue Activity (CSRIA) Warehouse in Beaufort, SC. This is a fully on‑site position in South Carolina.
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma (GED) and one year of data‑administration experience, with proficiency in data entry, typing, filing, and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). Strong communication, organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills are required, and experience with METCAL, military aviation supply, DoD/Navy systems, or DLA disposition is a plus.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens able to pass background checks, obtain a government‑trusted clearance, and acquire a Common Access Card.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of data administration experience.
- Proven data entry, typing, and filing accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Problem‑solving, basic research, and data collection skills.
- Familiarity with U.S. Navy/Marine Corps METCAL program, military aviation supply, DoD/Navy systems, or DLA disposition is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
