- Identifying potential risks to quality and work on strategies to mitigate them and develop contingency plans for addressing unforeseen quality issues.
- Evaluating and monitoring the quality of materials and services provided by suppliers and work with suppliers to address and resolve quality issues.
- Providing training to the teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices, ensuring business unit level inductions take place and are effective to the needs of the BU and work with teams to develop a culture of quality consciousness.
- Developing and implementing quality business unit level assurance plans and processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality controls into all stages of the delivery process.
