Develop, manage and monitor MYC (multiyear cash flow) submissions
Prepare, submit and seek approval on funding for asset replacement projects to ensure timely implementation of the asset replacement and renewal projects
Develop and manage master asset replacement plan to ensure realistic cash flow and utilization
Support stakeholder engagement and governance development for asset renewals
Coordinate asset replacement/renewal projects to ensure timely implementation of replacement/renewal projects

Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for higher appointments
Self-motivated and resourceful. Able to work independently, demonstrate professionalism and objectivity in carrying out duties
Possess positive attitude with good communications and interpersonal skills to engage various stakeholders
Preferably with Relevant railway infra-structure/ Pway/ services/ system knowledge and experience in renewal planning, site coordination & installation works.
Knowledge in Electrical / Mechanical / Systems / Rail Engineering / Building / Facilities Management, or other relevant disciplines
