Support the development of production processes and procedures and eventually manage production activities while leveraging existing Oceaneering processes.

Support the Production Portfolio Manager to assemble and staff a production team that will exist across multiple locations and support work at multiple organizations.
Manage projects consistent with Oceaneering values and guidelines with respect to safety, quality, and business ethics.
Use accepted Project Management techniques to achieve success in assigned projects.
Support program reviews and technical reviews of various documentation deliverables.
Support oversight and management of multiple disciplines teams and production personnel to ensure technical rigor is maintained throughout the production phase.
Develop and lead in project management planning including but not limited to: scope identification, budget planning, resource planning, and fiscal accountability, and ongoing communication and collaboration with team members. Independently prepares written documents, delegate tasks as necessary, and monitors and analyzes progress.
Integrate contributions from design groups and technical leads such that the production process contains the proper rigor to meet both industrial and government code compliance when complete.
Track project performance with respect to budget, schedule, and quality using Earned Value Analysis, and phase review objectives; communicate performance to senior management.
Resolve issues, through direct interaction with the Project Management Office (PMO), Engineering groups, vendors, and other team members.
Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and subordinate activities.
Plan for and support the transition from project design to production execution.
Manage project risks, through identification and mitigation of preventable, strategic and external risks.

Proven ability to meet schedule and budget goals.
Minimum five (5) years’ experience managing multiple types of contracts such as fixed price, cost reimbursable, incentive fee, award fee, and/or time & material.
Strong analytical and personnel management skills.
PMP Certification preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar) or physical sciences. Five (5) years of equivalent experience in project management or production management related to NAVSEA and/or ABS certification may be accepted in lieu of the degree.
Minimum three (3) years of specialized experience in performing DDS/SOC work or ABS work, or minimum five (5) years performing SUBSAFE/Level I Material work with experience in HM&E design, modification, maintenance, repair, and testing (New Construction experience preferred).
Ability to clearly communicate and coordinate efforts and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
