  • Represent the company at events, trade shows, and high-level stakeholder meetings to raise visibility and secure contracts.
  • Work directly with the founding team to shape pricing models, go-to-market approaches, and revenue streams.
  • Engage with local authorities, retailers, fashion brands, recyclers, and other key stakeholders to create partnerships.
  • Lead on building sales pipeline and converting opportunities into long-term commercial relationships.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to take our AI recycling system and sustainable product range to market.

Please note the company are still sourcing the new factory location in the UK, likely to be in the South, the selected individual will need to travel to the factory for client site tours.

Looking for a individual with experience in recycling and/or waste management.

  • Someone excited to roll up their sleeves at the early stage, but equally able to lead a department in future.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales (5+ years), ideally within sustainability, circular economy, recycling, or technology sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
