• A passion for research and development, critical thinking, scientific reasoning, data analytics and interpretation and teamwork.
• Prior internship or co-op experience in an industrial research environment
• Exceptional academic performance with demonstrated research experience.

• Focused: sets strategic priorities, uses scientific reasoning, data analytics to make decisions, critical thinker
• Current or upcoming enrollment in a full-time Masters Degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry or related STEM discipline.
