Analyse contractor-submitted data and lead monthly review meetings.
Line manage a team of Capital Planners and Project Controllers, fostering development and performance.
Represent the team in meetings with senior internal stakeholders and external contractors, communicating updates, ideas, and challenges confidently.
Collaborate closely with Programme Managers to support programme delivery within budget and time constraints.
Build strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate the provision of agreed data to external regulatory boards.
Provide key insights for monthly reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Lead and support the Planning & Control team to ensure productivity, timely delivery, and high-quality output.
Organise and manage meetings to ensure data agreement and sign-off for internal transfer.
Present detailed reports and insights to senior management on a monthly basis.
Deliver pre-month-end analytical reviews to PMO and delivery management.

Working knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts.
Proven experience in project planning and control, with a strong understanding of data and process management.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Ability to navigate complex project delivery cycles.
Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
High attention to detail with strong analytical and data handling capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with APM or Prince II methodologies.
Experience working within a PMO environment.
