This senior leadership role will oversee the entire MEP function, drive technical excellence, develop new service lines, and lead a growing technical team delivering major UK and European projects.

Promote innovation, carbon reduction and sustainability
Oversee MEP asset surveys, compliance and service improvement
Champion digital tools (BIM, data capture, CAFM, etc.)
Act as technical lead on major projects
Collaborate with surveying, fire, geomatics and digital teams
Introduce and shape new MEP service offerings
Lead and develop the MEP team
Support bids, tenders and client relationships
