  • Promote data quality improvements, collect/document data quality rules and report on data quality metrics
  • Maintain and update master data records in adherence with internal controls and best practices

  • Query, analyze and update master data records to attain completeness, accuracy and achieve compliance
  • Document data lineage, master data processes and develop controls to ensure data integrity and alignment with established business rules and standards.
  • Collaborate across all internal departments when data integrity issues arise and assist in the research and resolution efforts of those issues
  • Improve, automate and create efficiencies in the master data process

  • 3+ years of previous experience in master data management, including experience with data governance and data quality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate issues, present analysis, and propose solutions

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize with minimal supervision
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels, responding professionally and proactively
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent data management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data analysis techniques

  • The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $82,000 and may vary depending on experience, education, and location.
