- Chatbots and virtual assistants for procurement support and supplier queries.
- Evaluate and implement AI-enabled procurement platforms and tools
- Analyse tail spend and present opportunities to the stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth analysis of spending data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Analyse off-contract spend and identify areas of improvement to bring non-compliant spends under “Managed Spend” and drive PO compliance via Marketplace
- Identify opportunities / use cases to apply AI technologies to enhance procurement efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in AI, procurement tech, and supply chain innovation
- Develop analytics and reporting solutions using tools such as Qlik / Power BI, SAP Ariba data and provide insights to the Category teams
- Collaborate with IT team to design, test, and deploy AI-driven procurement solutions
- Provide guidance and support in interpreting spend analytics findings and implementing recommendations
- Collaborate with Operational Procurement team to analyse wild invoice spend monthly
