Suggest and help implement on-going process improvements to ensure an effective, efficient and compliant recruiting process.
Coordinate and participate in campus recruiting events, including career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews.
Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned

Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings within an assigned territory.
Represent the company at regional campus events, promoting the brand and career opportunities available.
Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of campus initiatives and adapt strategies as necessary.
Maintains memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry. Takes the lead in the development of one or more annual Affirmative Action Plans.

Five years' corporate experience in campus recruitment and placement of applicants in professional level exempt positions including 3 years of knowledge and experience working with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources.

Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field preferred; or equivalent years of experience.
