Suggest and help implement on-going process improvements to ensure an effective, efficient and compliant recruiting process.
Coordinate and participate in campus recruiting events, including career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews.
Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned

Build and maintain partnerships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations in the region.
Develop and implement strategic campus recruiting plans specific to universities in the Western Region.

Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings within an assigned territory.
Represent the company at regional campus events, promoting the brand and career opportunities available.
Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of campus initiatives and adapt strategies as necessary.
Maintains memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry. Takes the lead in the development of one or more annual Affirmative Action Plans.
Engage with students through presentations, networking events, and social media outreach.
