- Work efficiently to meet turnaround deadlines and reduce unit vacancy time.
- Follow OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Collaborate with other turnover technicians and project managers to ensure all units meet SNS's high-quality standards before new tenants move in.
- Ensure all appliances are in working order and replace or repair as needed.
- Complete remodeling tasks such as installing cabinets, countertops, doors, and trim work.
- Perform full unit turnovers, including drywall repair, painting, flooring installation, and fixture replacement.
- Safely use power tools, ladders, and other equipment to complete tasks.
- Conduct minor plumbing and electrical repairs, such as fixing leaks, installing outlets, and replacing light fixtures.
