Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Sales Engineering/Applications, Training, Service, Legal/Regulatory, and Digital to meet adoption, revenue, and business development goals.
Partner to build training decks, demo narratives, and objection handling to deliver enablement to regional marketing partners, sales, applications, and distributors.
Own metrics and reporting: launch milestone attainment, funnel development, content adoption/usage, attach rates, and win/loss insight development.
Champion the voice of the market: size opportunities; analyze hydronic heating & cooling competitors; partner with Product Management on roadmap tradeoffs.
Create high-impact content (launch guides, application guides, value prop briefs, case studies, video briefs, web copy, presentations, catalogs, brochures) tailored to engineers, contractors, distributors, owners, and homeowners, ensuring consistency across websites, partner portals, and sales platforms.
Partner on commercial readiness for programs and incentives, compliance, certifications, and spec-in strategies with consulting engineers.
Lead product launches and refreshes end-to-end to include: launch brief, readiness, content plan, internal/external communications, and post-launch KPI reviews.
Represent METUS at tradeshows, industry events, and strategic customer meetings; gather feedback to inform roadmap and GTM.

Preferred working knowledge of hydronic system design (primary/secondary loops, buffer tanks, mixing valves, heat exchangers) and ATW heat pump/chiller fundamentals; comfort translating COP/SCOP, tonnage/BTU, deltaT, flow/head into customer value.
5 years in B2B product marketing (HVAC, building technologies, or adjacent mechanical/electrical equipment preferred).
Ideal candidate will be proficient in using Jira, Project Management Software, Salesforce (or similar CRM), marketing enablement (e.g., Seismic/Lytho), basic analytics (Excel/Power BI), and presentation tools.
Willing to travel up to 25% to for various Company meetings and training both domestically and possibly internationally.
Exposure to Product Information Management (PIM) workflows and product data governance; familiarity with A2L refrigerant transition topics preferred.
Bachelor’s in business, Marketing, Engineering or related; MBA a plus.
Strong content development skills (technical + commercial).
Familiarity with AHRI standards and state/utility programs preferred.
Proven success owning GTM and launches for technical products, portfolio positioning and value storytelling.
Collaboration track record with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering; excellent program management and prioritization.
