Description

• Ensure safety for yourself, Lowe’s personnel, and customers while working in the store.
• Be courteous and professional to customers.
• Communicate effectively with Lowe’s store personnel.
• Confirm product availability with the store’s receiving department.
• Stock Novo products within 36 hours of delivery, unless otherwise arranged.
• Retrieve products, break bundles, and stock items appropriately.
• Keep stocked products neat and tidy, including straightening molding and returning items to proper locations.
• Stock molding in correct bin locations.
• Perform culls and ensure Lowe’s receives credit for damaged pieces.
• Keep aisles free of debris during stocking.
• Clean and dispose of bundle ties and packing materials properly.
• Return or arrange return of carts and cattle racks to proper locations.
• Participate in special customer events such as grand openings, contractor days, and product training.
• Assist with store set/reset activities as needed.
• Provide proof of automobile insurance.
• Travel to assigned Lowe’s stores within a local geographic region.

Requirements

The role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lb (100 lb with equipment), as well as pushing or pulling up to 25 lb. Employees must be able to work safely and keep aisles clear during stocking.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Prior experience stocking customer stores (preferred).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lb (100 lb with equipment), and push/pull up to 25 lb.

Benefits
