Participer à la préparation d'offres de service pour différents types de projets en collaboration avec l'équipe administrative. ;
Coordonner le travail de l'équipe de conception multidisciplinaire en mécanique et électricité du bâtiment pour s'assurer du respect des exigences du client, des échéanciers et du budget de projet;
Assurer le suivi et la performance financière des projets qui vous seront attitrés pour rencontre les objectifs de l'entreprise;
À l'aide de l'équipe de conception, contribuer à la réalisation et assurer le suivi des estimations de coûts des travaux et s'assurer du respect du budget.
Détient un baccalauréat en génie mécanique;

Être membre en règle de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ);
A une expérience pertinente à titre de chargé(e) de projets;
Diriger l'équipe de conception pour la réalisation d'études, rapports concepts, plans et devis pour les systèmes de mécanique de bâtiment comprenant des réseaux de plomberie, chauffage, ventilation, contrôles tout en respectant les plus hauts standards d'efficacité énergétique et de développement durable;
Possède une bonne connaissance du domaine institutionnel, commercial et industriel léger;
Possède plus de 8 ans d'expérience en mécanique du bâtiment;
Selon le type de projet, agir à titre de référence technique auprès des membres de son équipe de projet;
