- Manage daily and weekly engineer schedules to maximise utilisation and productivity.
- Monitor job progress and ensure completion within SLA and contractual timeframes.
- Act as primary contact for service and maintenance customers, logging requests and prioritising faults.
- Communicate attendance, progress, delays, and outcomes clearly to clients.
- Ensure compliance with British Standards (BS 9999, BS 7346, BS 5839) and maintain accurate documentation.
- Upload and manage service reports, certificates, and compliance records in CAFM systems.
- Coordinate emergency call‑outs and out‑of‑hours escalations, dispatching engineers promptly.
- Track outstanding defects and remedial actions to closure.
- Raise job orders, purchase orders, and subcontractor requests as needed.
- Support invoicing by confirming documentation and sign‑offs.
- Produce service performance reports, KPIs, and contract summaries.
- Liaise with Operations, Projects, Commercial, and Finance teams to support engineers.
- Assist onboarding and coordination of new service contracts.
