We’re looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our growing Project & Construction Management team in Orange County. This isn’t your average “behind the scenes” role, you’ll be front and center, working directly with executives at some of the most exciting companies in the world, helping them navigate complex construction projects from start to finish.

  • Partnering with project managers to keep projects running smoothly, from proposals to close-out.
  • Keeping budgets and schedules updated and on track (because details matter).
  • Building strong relationships with clients, brokers, and teammates.
  • Owning document control, meeting minutes, invoices, change orders, and reimbursements.

The Senior Project Engineer position includes regular travel to project sites.

  • A polished communicator who can represent Hughes Marino with pride.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves solving problems.
  • Proficiency in Blue Beam, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project.
  • Jumping into multiple complex construction projects at once (and loving the variety).
  • 1–4 years of construction industry experience, ideally as a Project Coordinator, Field Engineer, Project Engineer or Sr. Project Engineer.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
