Project Manager

Description

• Interpret architectural and engineering plans with precision.
• Prepare variations, progress claims, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct audits on job costs, safety compliance, and site standards.
• Assist with procurement, supplier sourcing, and tender preparation.
• Coordinate council permits and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage and support projects from planning through to completion.

Requirements

• Trade background or tertiary qualification in Building & Construction (or related discipline).
• Proven experience in project management within construction.
• Strong communication and dispute resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of domestic insurance industry processes (advantageous).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gantt Chart scheduling systems.
