Provide technical expertise to resolve design, construction, and coordination challenges.
Identify recurring technical or procedural issues and recommend improvements to enhance site supervision efficiency.

Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in site supervision across major infrastructure or building projects.
Membership in a recognized professional engineering organization is preferred.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering.
