Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining distribution channels, developing sales forecasts, securing orders, and conducting market research. Basic qualifications are a high school diploma or GED and residency within the territory. Preferred qualifications include 3–5 years of sales experience in aerial products or equipment rental, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, and the ability to negotiate pricing, product, and delivery terms.
Compensation ranges from $117,000 to $130,000 base salary, plus a performance bonus.
