Tasks

-Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, talk, see, hear, and lift objects up to 25 pounds -Duties may also include on site or laboratory testing of soils, concrete, and hot mix asphalt -Observe safety and security procedures -Maintain equipment and vehicles -Operate company vehicles -Attend training to achieve various certifications

What You Bring

-Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos -Ability to travel up to X% with occasional overnight stays -Basic field inspection, testing, and documentation -Will have limited exposure to outside weather conditions and loud noises -1 years of experience minimum required, 2 preferred, in the building design consulting or construction industry preferred -Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization -Must be able to work as part of a team -Occasionally required to drive, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach with hands or arms, and grasp or pull -Advanced/Proficient in Microsoft and MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook -Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimal -Ability to write simple correspondence -Associates degree, or certificate, in Building Information Modeling (BIM), or Engineering preferred -Ability to read a tape measure in both fractions and tenth -Valid driver’s license required with ability to be insured by IMEG carrier -Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
