Have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam or possess the Engineer in Training (EIT) certification
A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil engineering or closely related engineering field from an accredited college or university -OR-- be able to obtain degree within three months of hire date
Experience writing technical reports
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Experience with spreadsheet and coding solutions for engineering applications (e.g., MS Excel, VBA, Python, or MATLAB)
Experience presenting to clients/owners
Fluids, open channel hydraulics, and municipal hydraulics coursework or work experience
Previous H&H, civil, or closely related engineering internship(s), or 1-2 years of relevant hydrology and hydraulics work experience
Watershed hydrology coursework or work experience
Experience working with teams to prepare products and deliverables on time and within a specified budget
Experience with H&H modeling software (e.g., HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, HydroCAD)
