The role's purpose is to lead the implementation of process‑improvement projects, ensuring cross‑functional engagement, acceptance of changes, and effective roll‑outs. Success is measured by the adoption of new techniques or tools, and projects span process standardisation as well as the development, testing, and piloting of technical solutions for later global scaling.
The Implementation Manager works hands‑on and is fully embedded in each project, moving beyond a simple coordinator function. Responsibilities include preparing and updating implementation plans, crafting communications using a change‑management toolkit, hosting workshops, managing feedback loops, overseeing testing and acceptance of digital solutions, driving user adoption, tracking performance against criteria, and providing clear handover to business‑as‑usual.
Candidates should bring at least 10 years of business experience, primarily in project management, and be confident communicators comfortable with senior stakeholders. Strong stakeholder‑management, influencing, prioritisation, and time‑management skills are required, alongside the ability to decide under conflicting priorities and solid project and change‑management capabilities. Experience with product development and agile delivery is beneficial, and a degree‑level education is expected.
Arcadis empowers its people through a skills‑based career path, enabling meaningful work that contributes to sustainable solutions for a more prosperous planet. The company is committed to equality, diversity, inclusion, and belonging, aiming to be an employer of choice and to create a lasting legacy together.
