This position is responsible for meeting with all home buyers to complete detail selections, colors, and options on their homes.
- Process necessary paperwork to implement selections and change orders.
- Update displays and maintain product knowledge.
- Coordinate aesthetic aspects of the home based on the client’s vision and sense of style.
- Educate buyers on the nature of the products they are selecting to ensure compatibility with their lifestyle.
- Promptly schedule Design Center appointments to prevent delays in construction completion.
- Focus on the task at hand to complete selections within the allotted appointment times.
- Offer upgrades, within the confines of a client’s budget, to achieve a desired function or flair.
- Enter selections and upgrades into the company’s operating system to ensure they are communicated to the field and office staff.
- Provide an exciting and pleasant overall customer experience.
