Purchasing Manager

Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Manager based in Gurugram. The Purchasing Manager will oversee and manage the procurement process, including vendor selection, price negotiations, inventory control, and timely delivery of goods. They will ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and efficiency in procurement practices, maintain records of purchases, and establish strong vendor relationships. The role requires collaboration with various departments to forecast procurement needs and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Requirements

• Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and cost negotiation
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in procurement and inventory management
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Inventory management, supply chain coordination, and materials planning skills
• Proficiency in strategic sourcing and contract management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a purchasing or supply chain management role, preferably in real estate or construction
