Processes and analyzes collected data using statistical analysis software
Develops, tests, and implements solutions for Six Sigma problem solving and process improvements
Establishes and supports others in the implementation of monitoring systems and better Process Control following the completion of process improvement events
Participates in and supports engineering process improvement projects
Performs design changes when required as part of the problem solution and puts in place mitigation plan for all similar required design changes.
Leads and participates in statistical problem-solving activities using the DMAIC methodology working closely with process owners and participants of the submitted problem report
Supports the creation and management of Engineering process and training documentation
Actively participates in the collection of accurate data for use in Six Sigma problem solving and process improvement events
