Price Solicitation and Evaluation: Facilitate the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process. Evaluate and recommend vendors based on technical capabilities, cost, and delivery schedule.
Data Management: Performing data entry for purchase orders (POs), change orders, subcontracts, and related documents.
Discrepancy Resolution: Resolve any accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) discrepancies.
Invoice Processing: Assist with invoice processing and the closeout of ongoing projects, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Vendor Setup: Assist with supplier sourcing, qualification, evaluation and re-evaluation processes.
Procurement: Process purchase requisitions through purchase order (PO) and Subcontract (SL) execution in the Company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (Viewpoint/ pvault).
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions, including scope of work, pricing, milestones, and deliverables in compliance with company policies.
Expediting - Ensure suppliers meeting contract schedule and delivery requirements.
Team Support: Collaborate with Project Team to establish strategic direction and objectives and to determine project-specific procurement and subcontract needs, specifications, and budget constraints.
Record Keeping: Input and maintain accurate data and records in procurement logs, as needed, to ensure transparency and efficiency.

Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and services used in the industrial construction industry.
Experience: 8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the industrial construction or energy industry, with large-scale industrial construction projects.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Programs (Preference): Experience with ERP software programs like Vista/ Viewpoint and pVault.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration or a related field is preferred.
Excellent knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
