Generates reports for technical staff on marketing efforts when required
Coordinate pursuit production (typing, graphics, editing, and reproduction), printing and delivery, with emphasis on quality assurance/quality control
Assist with presentation preparation, presentation materials, etc.
Maintain visually appealing marketing materials, including resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, photographs, and subconsultant information
Lead and manage the coordination, preparation, and review of various proposal and marketing-related submissions, including standard government form proposals (SF 330), qualification packages, technical proposals, presentations, client prequalifications, etc.
Work closely and interact with technical, administrative, and marketing staff in other offices, outside vendors, subconsultants, and clients
Coordinate all phases of the pursuit process from kick-off meeting to production and delivery and proposal closeout
Complete data entry for CRM database, tracking leads go/no-go, and wins or losses
Gather information, conduct market research about prospects/clients/projects, and participate in the development of various business collateral to support continued strategic growth
Prepare major sections of pursuits, including but not limited to, project descriptions and resumes, tailored for specific pursuit. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop content for other pursuits
Search for and enter RFP's into the CRM system
Participate in pre-proposal meetings, kick-off meetings, debriefings, etc.
Produce consistently compliant high-quality submissions while delivering exceptional customer service

3-6 years relevant A/E/C industry experience

Knowledge of the RFP structure and proposal process
A self-driven person capable of both collaborative teamwork and independent work
Proven ability in editing technical documents, thoroughly reviewing and proofreading content for accuracy, grammar, and style
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, journalism, communications, business, or related field
Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, ensures thorough and efficient completion of tasks
Adherence to JMT’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001:2015 marketing procedures
