1+ years prior experience (5+ years of prior work experience for a Senior Analyst) in energy with a utility, consulting firm, government, or non-profit with a focus on energy.
Master's or advanced degrees in economics, engineering, and/or energy strongly preferred
Understanding of energy modeling systems and methods
Proficiency with fundamental modeling of electricity markets in support of electricity trading
Previous experience in project management considered a plus
Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, teamwork skills, organization and work ethics
Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering or energy required.
