A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Demonstrated leadership, people management, and vendor coordination skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential property management, with proven leadership in a multi-site environment.
Certificate or degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field; CPM, IHM, or similar designations are an asset.
Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and municipal legislation.
Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, diplomacy, and conflict resolution abilities.
Highly adaptable, organized, and resourceful, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
