The company is seeking a highly accomplished Project Controls Director to provide executive leadership on large‑scale mobility programs—including highway, rail, and transit—across Ontario. In this pivotal role the director will be accountable for strategic oversight and management of all project controls functions, ensuring world‑class tracking, reporting, and governance across a portfolio of complex infrastructure initiatives.
Candidates must have at least 15 years of experience supporting multi‑billion‑dollar civil and utilities projects and 10 years in a leadership role within project controls. Required experience includes work on alliance or collaborative contracts, a recognized professional designation such as PMP, advanced proficiency with P6 and major project‑controls platforms (Oracle, Primavera, Aconex, Power BI), strong financial modeling skills, and the ability to synthesize complex data into executive‑level insights.
