Daily management of assessment contract(s), reviewing assessment submittals and subsequent preliminary rehabilitation recommendations
Delivery of consent decree programs
Coordinate with inspectors, community outreach, engineering, and contractors as needed
Provide input and recommendations to overcome Contractor problems encountered in the field
Discuss project results and recommendations with clients to facilitate informed decision-making
Developing assignments for assessment in new areas as needed including development of GIS shp files, mobile maps and asset lists
Managing deliverables to scope, schedule, and budget
Review contract deliverables, Data management (performing QA on submittals from contractors), Field Change Directives, and responding to RFIs
Development and/or implementation of CMOM programs
Writing, reviewing, and providing clear, concise input to investigation, regulatory, or solutions reports
Managing contractors performing various sewer assessment technologies including tracking schedule, budget, performance, utilization and submittals as well as holding status meetings

Competent in math, project management, time management skills
Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet capability in Excel
Experience developing strategy, negotiating project schedules and structuring agreements required
Must be physically able to operate a variety of job related machines and/or Office Equipment
Able to work for the needs of the entire organization in a team-orientated environment
Experience in client service management
Demonstrated ability to evaluate, negotiate, and implement strategic business projects
Valid Georgia Driver’s License and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets company policy standards
Ability to analyze issues and develop and deploy solutions
Client management, effectively communicating with clients to develop collaborative solutions
Requires the ability to exert light physical effort including, but not limited to, lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling, etc. of objects and materials of light weight (generally 25 pounds and less)
NASSCO certified (MACP and PACP) - preferred
Ability to form and maintain professional business relationships with all team partners
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Project, and/or ability to learn computerized project management systems
Willingness to travel as required
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or other applied subjects
Experience in the southeast US wastewater industry
Master’s degree in civil engineering or other applied subjects
Strong organization and administrative skills. Experienced in budgeting and reporting
Willingness to take the initiative, suggest improvements and solutions to problems or issues
Working knowledge of ArcGIS with associated production of maps, files, lists, etc.
InfoMaster/InfoAsset experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively operate within diverse and cross functional groups
Minimum 5 years technical experience in wastewater conveyance system assessment, design, construction, etc.
Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
May involve extended periods of time in seated position up to 75% of the workday at a keyboard or workstation
Ability to stand at least 25% of workday
Professional Engineer (PE) - preferred
Ability to communicate with tact, friendliness and patience both verbally and in writing with personnel at all levels throughout the organization
