Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills to effectively address challenges and drive improvements.
Technical Proficiency: CAD/AutoCAD or process engineering software experience is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in manufacturing or process engineering (co-op/internship experience considered). Experience in roofing or building materials manufacturing is preferred.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
