Provide legal advice to supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering teams on joint development agreements, manufacturing agreements, strategic sourcing and supply agreements, indirect sourcing, non-disclosure agreements, prototype agreements, material transfer agreements, cooperative research and development agreements, university agreements, and other IP sensitive arrangements.
Understand and advise on legal implications of data handling practices and AI components of software utilized by the Company, including Open Source
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure proper contractual protection relating to the development and implementation of new technologies and products
Identify potential legal risks for new products, components and potential partnerships and develop risk mitigation strategies.

Intellectual property background and technology licensing experience is

10 or more years of legal experience as a technology transactions

Global supply chain and manufacturing experience is a plus.
